每天起床、出門、心情不好、心情很好、返家、睡前的時候，可以念這篇祈願文。

也可以在前面加念「南無藥師琉璃光如來」，或藥師七佛等自己相應歡喜的佛名，尤其藥師佛也發過讓所有轉化為吉祥的本願。

好日祈願文：米滂仁波切撰

Auspicious Days Prayer by Mipham Rinpoche

༈ ཉི་མ་ཐམས་ཅད་དགེ་བ་ཡིན། །

nyima tamché gewa yin

一切晝日皆善好

All days are virtuous,

རྒྱུ་སྐར་ཐམས་ཅད་བཟང་པོ་ཡིན། །

gyukar tamché zangpo yin

一切星宿皆賢吉

And all constellations positive,

སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་རྫུ་འཕྲུལ་ཆེ། །

sangye tamché dzutrul ché

一切佛陀神變廣

The buddhas are mighty and powerful,

དགྲ་བཅོམ་ཐམས་ཅད་ཟག་པ་ཟད། །

drachom tamché zakpa zé

一切羅漢漏已盡

And the arhats have overcome impurity—

བདེན་པའི་བདེན་ཚིག་འདི་དག་གིས། །

denpé dentsik didak gi

以如是等諦實語

Through reciting these words of truth,

བདག་ཅག་ཀུན་ཏུ་བདེ་ལེགས་ཤོག །

dakchak küntu delek shok

唯願我等悉安樂

May everything always be well and positive for us!

ཛ་ཡ་ཛ་ཡ་སུ་ཛ་ཡ། །

jaya jaya sujaya

頰呀頰呀蘇頰呀

透過念誦這些文詞，像說到，不好的日子可以轉化為幸運的。

By reciting these words, it is said, inauspicious days can be transformed into fortunate ones.

註：「頰呀頰呀蘇頰呀」這裡採用的是梵文譯音，藏文譯音是：「紮呀紮呀蘇紮呀」，意思是：勝利、勝利、完美的勝利。
