出席领导嘉宾有：中国雷锋基金管委会、中华雷锋文化促进会名誉会长冷宽中将，厦门市民间组织管理局石好荣局长，厦门市美术家协会王新伦主席 ，海沧区委统战部副部长、区民宗局李江平局长 ，中国将军书画艺术研究院执行朱剑平院长 ，中国将军书画艺术研究院华东分院张航斌院长 ；台湾中国艺术协会于百龄会长，台湾中国美术杂志社柯沛鸿社长，台湾磐石文化艺术基金会石景辉教授等两岸书法名家。
书画交流会开始前，中国雷锋基金管委会、中华雷锋文化促进会名誉会长冷宽中将，台湾中国艺术协会于百龄会长，忠明法师等相关领导为厦门市区291户贫困户发放慰问金，并送上新年的问候与祝福，本次活动共计慰问物资116400元。
来自两岸的书画名家齐聚一堂以书画传递中国传统文化之真善美，更体现两岸文化同根同源，以书画式表现两岸一家亲，为共圆中国梦做出绵薄之力！
