上午10时，法会进行了礼拜大忏悔文，上圆满供等仪式。
午时斋后，于13时整举行了庄严隆重的「送圣」仪式（佛事功德圆满,恭送诸佛菩萨及圣贤等众），四众弟子及十方诸善士信众们法喜充满的列队前行，庄严整齐、气势夺目的仪仗队伍绕寺院一周，伴随着庄严整齐的药师佛号声用恭敬清净之心恭送诸佛菩萨及圣贤众！
最后以礼送行回至山门外供台处，经主法大和尚洒净仪式后将文告符牒全部焚烧，燃烧的供品伴着耀眼火光腾空而起，十方众生，普仗良因，均沾法益，荐拔各人历代先祖、债主冤亲孤魂等众往生净土，49昼夜精进祈愿药师佛大法会就此圆满结束！ 南无药师琉璃光如来{:3_115:} 南无药师琉璃光如来
