是日上午7时30分，诸功德主在主法法师的主持下，首先在设于琉璃宝塔七层的内坛内举行了“圆满供”（备办美味素斋,普同供养四圣六凡）、“圆满香”（殷请六道群灵,忏悔业因,念佛求生净土）仪式。
上午10时30分，有护法居士蔡端鹭、洪培华、马大峰、曾英俊、林爱民、林净善、骆文芳、吕孙勇、陈火城、朱素珠、黄百糖、黄瑞和、高伟为植福延寿，发菩提心，敬设上堂大斋一堂，供养佛、法、僧三宝，普利人天。
午时过堂供斋后，于13时 整举行了庄严隆重的「送圣」仪式（佛事功德圆满,恭送诸佛菩萨及圣贤等众），四众弟子及十方诸善士信众们法喜充满的列队前行，庄严整齐、气势夺目的仪仗队伍绕诸坛口一周后，鱼贯走出了山门，随即大众围绕寺院外围的新阳工业园区游行一周，伴随着庄严整齐的药师佛号声用恭敬清净之心恭送诸佛菩萨及圣贤众！
最后以礼送行回至山门外供台处，经主法法师洒净仪式后将文告符牒全部焚烧，燃烧的供品伴着耀眼火光腾空而起，十方法界若圣若凡、一切蠢动含灵，普仗良因，均沾法益，荐拔各人历代先祖、债主冤亲孤魂等众往生净土，七昼夜水陆大法会就此圆满结束！
送圣是“圣众请归云路，六道众生往生净土”，就是将所有的超度牌位都收集放在西方船上，焚化西方船，象征亡灵都乘船往生西方极乐世界。
